  • Is Atlas24h insurance?

    Atlas24h is not insurance in the classical sense . But don’t worry, many people confuse the terms.   • Why should I take the roadside assistance plan when it is not required by law?

    Unlike the countries of Western Europe where roadside assistance is legally regulated, it is not yet mandatory in Serbia. But Law on Road Traffic Safety clearly emphasizes that towing is only possible until the first exit from the highway or motorway, which ties the hands of drivers in trouble.

    In case you skip the first exclusion, the police officers can write you a fine on the spot in the amount of 5,000 to 25,000 dinars. There are also details on what type of failure the rope or rigid link is for, what the distance between the vehicles must be, etc.

  • What does unlimited towing distance mean on the territory of Serbia?

    If your vehicle breaks down on the territory of Serbia, you have the right to return the vehicle to your registered address. It is irrelevant whether you are 100 or 500 km from the address. distance is not measured, so you have complete peace of mind and safety in your vehicle.

  • Is the plan attached to the vehicle and does the vehicle have to be registered in my name?

    The advantage of Atlas24h plans is that we attach them to the vehicle. You do not have to be the owner of the vehicle to order the plan. If, for example, a member of your family is in the vehicle, he will also be able to call us for assistance.   • Which countries are covered by international plans? Only EU countries or others?

    Atlas24h plans that include assistance on the territory of Europe (Euro+ and International+) cover absolutely all countries in Europe, including all of Turkey. The only note is that plans for abroad do not cover the Asian part of Russia.

  • What does repair assistance for vehicles up to 100e at Bosch Car Service mean?

    If your vehicle breaks down more than 100 km from your address, you can ask us to repair the vehicle, where Atlas24h bears the costs up to 100e. In case the repair is more expensive, the user pays the difference.

  • Do I have to go to a service abroad if I have a Euro+ plan?

    No! A big advantageEuro+of the plan is the unconditional return of the vehicle to Serbia, which makes this plan stand out on the market. There is also the option of repairing the vehicle abroad in a limit of up to 500 euros, depending on the type of breakdown.

  • Who comes to pick me up abroad and how long do I have to wait?

    After you call the Atlas24h SOS phone number, our foreign partner who is closest to you at that moment comes first, so the waiting time is minimal. In the case of the need to return a vehicle from abroad to Serbia, we can also organize our own vehicle coming from Serbia.

  • What to do abroad if my car breaks down at night or on the weekend, when services are closed, and I have a family and children in the car?

    And we have a solution for that! As part of the Euro+ plan, you have the right to hotel accommodation for up to 4 nights for all passengers in the vehicle. So you don’t have to worry about your family until the vehicle is repaired.

  • What happens to the plan if I sell the vehicle?

    You can transfer the plan to another vehicle once during the duration of the contract. Switching is free of charge and it is important that you inform us as soon as there is a change of vehicle.

  • I’m off to Greece and I’m going to an island, what happens in the case of a breakdown? (The previous company did not want to come to my call).

  • Is the plan tied to vehicle registration?

    No. Atlas24h plans last 365 days from the day of activation, regardless of the date of vehicle registration.

  • Is the plan price monthly or yearly?

    The price of the plan refers to the annual level. All our plans last for one year. The entire amount is paid once.

  • What happens to the passengers when the car breaks down?

    Transportation of passengers who are in the vehicle at the time of breakdown is provided to the location where the vehicle is also towed, in accordance with the plan you have.

  • What are the working hours when I can call for towing?

    Nonstop. Our SOS telephone is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year. We also work during national and religious holidays and at any time of the day or night.

  • If someone else is driving my car, is he entitled to assistance?

  • What is the time period of going to the field from the moment of the call?

  • Do I have to have the card/contract with me?

    The user is not obliged to have our card/contract with him or in the vehicle in order to be able to use the assistance.   • Can I get a plan for Serbia if I have a foreign board?

    Yes. plans for the territory of Serbia (National) but not for abroad (Euro+ and International+) can be taken on vehicles with foreign license plates.

  • Are plans valid for Taxi vehicles?

    Taxi vehicles can take plans both for the territory of Serbia and abroad.

  • Where and how can I order/pay for the roadside assistance plan?

    There are several plan download and payment options. Via online order and payment to the account or card payment, courier service, by coming to our office or through an Atlas24h agent in the field. You choose the option that suits you best.

  • Can Atlas plans be taken for vans and trucks?

    If you have that category of vehicles, they are intended for you Van and Van Max plans that cover the territory of Serbia. There is currently no Kombi plan for abroad.

  • Do I pay for the tow and get a refund?

    All payments are made by Atlas24h directly to towing partners or hotels so that the user does not pay with his own money. The most important thing is that, when you have a problem on the road, you call our SOS number first. You don’t need a wallet.
