You can use the assistance for towing to your registered address or to a nearby service station. It doesn’t matter where the breakdown/traffic accident happened on the territory of Serbia, with the Moto Srbija plan and unlimited towing distance, you have no worries that it will always return to your address. If it suits you better, you can choose another option of towing to a nearby service.

On-site repair involves an Atlas24h service technician going out to the field to repair minor defects such as tire replacement, battery refill, fuel refill and similar smaller defects… We will solve everything that can be solved on the spot, if it is not possible, you still have the option of towing to your registered address or service. The costs of spare parts, fuel, etc. are borne by the user.

The user of the service has the right to the service of one free night for all persons from the vehicle in a hotel (motel), in the place where the service center where the motorcycle of the user of the service was transported is located. The user cannot exercise the right to the overnight service separately and without the towing service. Overnight service includes covering the costs of accommodation in a hotel (motel) with a maximum of 3 stars, determined by Atlas.

During towing, the transportation of all passengers who are on the motorcycle at the time of breakdown to the desired destination (user address or service) is provided . Passengers are transported in the vehicles of our partners. During assistance, the operator of the Atlas24h SOS center will ask you the exact number of passengers, and based on that, we will send the appropriate partner and vehicle.

In case you have an attached vehicle such as a trailer, towing of that vehicle is provided as part of the plan without any additional charge. The connecting vehicle must be registered, technically correct and the light signaling installed according to the standard.

In situations such as a major breakdown/waiting for spare parts or if the user of the service had a traffic accident and is unable to drive the vehicle, your car will be secured with our partner for up to 3 days.

If you have lost your vehicle key or have a problem of a similar nature and you have a spare key at your address, you have the right to have the keys delivered to the place where the vehicle is located. The driver of the tow truck, who is a partner and/or associate of Atlas, is obliged to go through the security procedure of checking the ownership of the vehicle before loading the vehicle, for which there are no keys. The user of the service must be maximally cooperative and enable verification of ownership.
