Unlimited towing distance
In the case of a breakdown or a traffic accident, we tow the vehicle without a distance limit, to the your registered address or a nearby service center. You choose the option that suits you best at that moment and is not conditioned. This service is highly rated by drivers. There is no additional or hidden expenses.

Transport of All Passengers from the Vehicle
During towing, the transport of all passengers in the vehicle at the time of the breakdown to the desired destination (the user’s address or service center) is ensured. Passengers are transported in the vehicles of our partners. During assistance, the Atlas24h SOS center operator checks with the user the exact number of passengers, and based on this information, we provide an appropriate partner and towing vehicle. If pets are found in the vehicle, their transport is also ensured and carried out in a carrier in the same space as the passengers in the vehicle. If this is not possible, the transport of pets is carried out in the user’s vehicle.

Vehicle repair up to €100
If the vehicle breakdown occurs more than 100 kilometers from the registered address (a mandatory condition), the user can choose another option instead of towing to the address, which includes vehicle repair up to €100 at the nearest Bosch Car Service or authorized service. For example: You set off with your family or friends from Novi Sad/Belgrade to Zlatibor for the weekend, and a breakdown occurs near Užice. Instead of returning to the address and interrupting your vacation, you receive towing service to the nearest Bosch Car Service and coverage of repair costs up to €100, so you can immediately continue your journey! If the repair cost exceeds €100, the user pays the difference in price.

Hotel Accommodation for Passengers
The user is entitled to one free night for all persons in the vehicle in a hotel (motel) in the place where the service center to which the user’s vehicle is towed is located. The user cannot use the accommodation service separately or without the towing service. The accommodation service covers the cost of staying in a hotel (motel) with up to 3 stars.

Transport of an Attached Vehicle
If the user has an attached vehicle, such as a trailer, towing of this attached vehicle is ensured within the plan without any additional charge. The attached vehicle must be registered, technically sound, and have standard-installed lighting signals.

Vehicle Storage
In situations such as major damage, waiting for spare parts, or if the service user has had a traffic accident and is unable to drive the vehicle, the car will be parked and secured with our partner for up to 3 days.

Key Delivery
If the user loses the vehicle key or has a similar problem and the spare key is at the registered address, the user is entitled to key delivery to the location where the vehicle is. The tow truck driver, who is a partner or associate of Atlas, is obliged to follow a security procedure to verify ownership of the vehicle for which there are no keys. The service user must be as cooperative as possible and allow ownership verification.
Minor Assistance:

Towing up to 50 km
The user can use the assistance for towing to the registered address or the nearest service center. Minor assistance is practical in situations of breakdowns or traffic accidents not far from the registered address. For example: You are on your way to work, and the breakdown occurs about 20 km from your home. In that situation, minor assistance from the plan will be used, while the user still has major assistance with unlimited towing distance at their disposal.
*The 50 km distance refers to the total number of kilometers in both directions. If the total distance exceeds 50 km, the user can either use major assistance or pay the distance difference according to the regular price list with a 20% discount.

Minor on-site repairs
On-site repairs involve an Atlas24h technician coming to the location to fix minor breakdowns such as tire changes, battery recharges, fuel refills, and similar minor issues. If it is not possible to repair the breakdown on-site, the user still has the option of towing to the registered address or service center. The costs of spare parts, fuel, etc. are borne by the user.
