This is precisely why we have provided car repairs abroad for up to 500 euros and in Serbia for up to 100 euros at our expense!   • If the roadside assistance plan includes all that, then it must be too expensive?!

    It would be too expensive, if you don’t have a roadside assistance plan, to pay 300 euros in Austria or another country in Western Europe, for a tow truck to take you off the highway. It would be too expensive to wait 3-4 hours on the side of the road in over 30 degrees with your family during your vacation and fretting until the tow truck arrives. Don’t forget that in addition to that, you still have to look for a car mechanic, parts, hotel accommodation, etc. A breakdown can happen to you in your city, on the way to work, to the store… Bearing all that in mind, the International+ plan saves you both time and money. In addition, you are spared annoyance and stress, which is of great value in such situations.

  • I understand the value of the plan, but what is the exact price on an annual basis?

    On the occasion of the jubilee “16 years of the existence of Atlas”, we provided all customers with a discount of 1,500 dinars on the regular price of the plan. Instead of the regular price of 11,490 dinars, the promotional price of the plan is 9,990 dinars. The price is at the annual level and the plan lasts 365 days from the date of activation.

  • I’m leaving for a trip in a few days, will I be able to make the payment and activate the plan?

  • How long does the plan last and what does it contain in detail?

    The plan lasts for one year from the date of activation and contains two assistances on the territory of Serbia (one large and one small) and one more on the territory of Europe and Turkey.     Towing vehicle back to Serbia

    In the case of a breakdown or a traffic accident, the user has the right to the service of towing the vehicle without distance restrictions for the Republic of Serbia to the registered address. This service is highly rated by drivers.

    Vehicle repair up to €500

    The user is not conditioned and instead of the service of returning the vehicle to Serbia, he can opt for the service of towing to the nearest service center and cover the costs of repairing the vehicle in a limit of up to 500 euros, depending on the type of breakdown. Vehicle repair costs include on-site service costs or in-service costs (cost of spare parts, cost of repairman’s work and cost of storage).

    Minor repair on site

    On-site repair involves going out to the field by professional repairmen to repair minor defects such as tire replacement, battery refill, fuel refill and similar smaller defects… If it is not possible to repair the defect on-site, the user still has the option of towing to the service center.

    Transportation of all passengers from the vehicle

    During towing , the transportation of all passengers who are in the vehicle at the time of breakdown to the desired destination (user address or service) is provided . Passengers are transported in the vehicles of our partners. In the event that the return assistance to Serbia is organized in such a way that the vehicle and passengers are returned separately, in that case Atlas24h covers the costs of the bus travel ticket for all passengers.

    Hotel accommodation up to 4 nights

    The user of the service has the right to hotel accommodation for a maximum of 4 nights for all passengers who were in the vehicle at the time of the breakdown. The user cannot exercise the right to the overnight service separately and without the towing service. Overnight service covers costs up to 80 euros per night in accommodation in a hotel with a maximum of 3 stars.

    Rent a Car up to 4 days

    The user of the service has the right to the Rent a Car service for a maximum of 4 days with cost coverage of up to 30 euros per day. The user cannot exercise the right to the Rent a Car service separately and without the towing service.

    Continuation of the journey

    If the user wants to continue the journey to the desired destination without a vehicle, the costs of the bus ticket to the destination are approved. The user cannot exercise the right to continue the journey separately, but only after the occurrence of a breakdown on the vehicle.

    Unlimited towing distance

    In the case of a breakdown or a traffic accident, the user has the right to a vehicle towing service without distance restrictions to the registered address or a nearby service center. The user chooses the option that suits him best at that moment and is not conditioned. This service is highly rated by drivers. No surcharges or hidden costs.

    Transportation of all passengers from the vehicle

    During towing , the transportation of all passengers who are in the vehicle at the time of breakdown to the desired destination (user address or service) is provided . Passengers are transported in the vehicles of our partners. During assistance, the operator of the Atlas24h SOS center checks with the user the exact number of passengers, and based on that information, we provide a suitable partner and tow vehicle. If there are pets in the vehicle, their transportation is also provided and is carried out in the transporter in the same area as the passengers from the vehicle. If this is not possible, pets are transported in the user’s vehicle.

    Vehicle repair up to €100

    If the vehicle breaks down more than 100 kilometers from the registered address (mandatory condition), the user can, instead of towing to the address, choose another option of his choice, which involves repairing the vehicle for up to 100 euros at a nearby Bosch Car Service or an authorized service. The user chooses the option that suits him best at that moment. For example: You went with your family or company from Novi Sad/Belgrade to Zlatibor for the weekend and you have a breakdown near Užice. Instead of going back to the address and interrupting your vacation, you get a towing service to the nearby Bosch Car service and cover the costs of vehicle repairs in the amount of up to 100 euros, so you can immediately continue your journey! If the defect repair is more than 100 euros, the user pays the difference in price.

    Hotel accommodation of passengers

    The user of the service has the right to the service of one free night for all persons from the vehicle in a hotel (motel), in the place where the service is located, where the vehicle of the user of the service was towed. The user cannot exercise the right to the overnight service separately and without the towing service. The overnight service covers the cost of accommodation in a hotel (motel) with a maximum of 3 stars.

    Transportation of trailer

    In the case where client have a towing vehicle such as a trailer, the towing of that towing vehicle is provided as part of the plan without any additional charge. The connecting vehicle must be registered, technically correct and the light signaling installed according to the standard.

    Vehicle Storage

    In situations such as a major breakdown/waiting for spare parts or if the user of the service had a traffic accident and is unable to drive the vehicle, the car will be parked and secured at our partner for up to 3 days.

    Delivery of keys

    If the user loses the vehicle key or has a problem of a similar nature and the spare key is located at the registered address, the user has the right to have the keys delivered to the place where the vehicle is located. The driver of the tow truck, who is a partner or associate of Atlas, is obliged to follow the security procedure for checking ownership of the vehicle for which there are no keys. The user of the service must be maximally cooperative and enable verification of ownership.

    Towing up to 50 km

    The user can use the assistance for towing to the registered address or a nearby service. A little assistance is practical in situations of breakdown/traffic accident not far from the registered address. For example: You went to work and the breakdown occurs about 20 km from your house. In that situation, a small assistance from the plan will be used, while a large assistance with unlimited towing distance is still available to the user.

    *Distance up to 50 km refers to the total number of kilometers in both directions. In case the total distance is more than 50 km, the user can use either a large assistance or pay the difference in distance according to the regular price list with a 20% discount.
